Order Preparation

If the product you are interested in is immediately available, the time required to prepare and send your order is 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday - Except weekends and public holidays). In periods of increased traffic or lack of staff (Christmas - Easter, Summer Vacation) there is a case of some small delays. Orders that will be placed until 14:00 are sent by our company on the same day.

Shipments of the products of our online store are performed after consultation with the Transport company of the customer's choice.

Product shipments are made only within Greece.

The deposit must be completed within 2 working days from the registration of your order.

After the end of the 2 working days and if the bank deposit has not been completed, the order is automatically canceled and the products contained in it are released. If you have placed an order with payment option bank deposit and for any reason you need more than 2 working days to complete the deposit, please contact us to help you.

Possible bank transfer costs are borne by the customer.

Please include the order number as well as your name in the reason for the deposit.

 

After the deposit, please send us a new email with the deposit receipt so that there is no delay in sending your order.
